Breath Work and Sound Bath at the LOFT

This session will be one that engages your breath, your body, your spirit.  The active breathwork Jenn guides you through will be accompanied by a curated playlist of music that becomes an active participant of sorts.  The breathwork can help us shift and release, allowing us to go into some internal spaces that may be ignored during our busy days.  There is a beautiful sensation of release and connection with our emotions as we work with the breath.  Following the breathwork Jenn will support your deep rest and relaxation with sound that resonates within.  After the sound bath you are invited to journal, walk in the woods, sit outside to feel the pulse of our beautiful world.  No experience with breathwork, meditation, sound bathing necessary, all levels are very welcome and supported.  Jenn will provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye pillows. Bring anything with you that might help you feel extra supported during the session.  You will be laying on the floor for about an hour with a short break between the breath and sound if you wish.
