You will connect with other women who appreciate deep soul work, living with an open heart, and genuine connections.
Jenn will lead you through a heart-opening meditation with an intention setting, heart opening cacao ceremony, breath work, and a sound bath to deepen your sense of heart coherence, connection, and profound relaxation, allowing you to listen to your soft, deep heart.
Following the sound bath, we will have time to reflect with others and on our own in the peaceful woods surrounding the Loft, sharing our experiences as women with compassionate hearts navigating the complexities of modern life.
