Sound Bath at the LOFT

Join Jenn for a sound bath in the beautiful wooded setting in West Olive.  The session will begin with some somatic tools to support your deep relaxation and connection with the parasympathic (rest and digest) state.  Our busy lives can be rejuvenated when we allow ourselves time to rest and restore.  Jenn will provide everything you need to feel supported in this gentle respite.  Slowing down, spending time listening to our inner selves while surrounded by trees and beauty is a lovely thing.  Come and join us in this quiet resting place.
