Sound Bath At Willow Wellness Collaborative

You are invited to experience the deeply healing power of movement, breath and sound in the lovely space of the Willow Wellness Collaborative.  Jenn Gietzen, a music and sound therapist, will guide you through the session as you move from the sympathetic state into a deeply restorative and therapeutic parasympathetic state where your body, mind and soul can find deep respite, rest and healing.  The mindful movement will include some very easy stretches and exercises to help the body feel fluid and connected.  You will then move into some gentle breathing exercises to help the mind relax and come down into a state of spaciousness and calm.  We will then shift into a progressive muscle relaxation where you can let go of any residual tension that is held in the body and emotions.  As you are in a comfortable position laying as you would in Shavasana pose in yoga on…
